By completing a reservation, you agree to:

  • Adhere to all house rules and property guidelines

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at our discretion.

Payment Terms

By submitting payment, you authorize the processing of charges in accordance with the terms outlined during checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies are provided at the time of booking and may vary depending on the reservation.

Guests are responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable cancellation terms prior to confirming their reservation.

Security Deposit & Damage

A security deposit or damage waiver may be required.

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or amenities during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. Additional charges may apply if damage is identified.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times will be provided prior to arrival.

Guests agree to:

  • Leave the property in a reasonable condition upon departure

Unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional fees.

Any misuse of the property may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Failure to comply may result in additional charges or termination of the reservation.

Amenities & Property Features

The Edge Idaho offers a range of amenities for guest use. While we strive to ensure all features are available and in working order, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to all amenities at all times due to maintenance, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

No refunds will be provided for temporary unavailability of amenities.

Maintenance & Access

We reserve the right to access the property for necessary maintenance, repairs, or inspections, with reasonable notice when possible.

In urgent situations, access may occur without prior notice.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

Guests acknowledge that use of the property and its amenities (including but not limited to stairs, hot tub, and recreational features) is at their own risk.

The Edge Idaho and its owners are not liable for:

  • Personal injury
  • Loss or damage to personal property
  • Accidents or incidents occurring during the stay

To the fullest extent permitted by law, guests assume all responsibility for their use of the property.

Indemnification

Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Edge Idaho and its owners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their use of the property or violation of these Terms.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, government actions, or utility disruptions.
